Packaged Nails and Screws
Regarded as the "best" in the industry, X•CELL's packaged fastener program is turning heads. Our program features heavy duty boxes that not only stand up during use, they are color-coded by application. No more guessing on what fasteners should be used for which application. The boxes do it all. Included are a see-through window so the consumer can actually view the fasteners inside the box, and if need be they can open the box and check out the actual fastener without having to tear open the label. The individual boxes are packaged in a self-displaying sleeve that makes stocking shelves fast and simple. The sleeves also keep the display neat and fenced so you don't have to worry about product getting out of place. Also included on the front of each sleeve is a color-coded shelf-talker that shows a picture of the actual fastener, some of the basic applications the fastener is used for, plus the approximate number of fasteners per pound.
Translucent Buckets
Now available are nails and screws in convenient buckets for the consumer. These buckets lid and handle are color-coded by application directing the consumer to the correct product for their project. The see-through buckets allow the consumer to view the fasteners they are buying, plus there is a small easy open flap that the user can open to retrieve fasteners without tearing open the entire lid.
Bulk Nails
X•CELL offers a full-line of 50# boxes of nails for any project, plus our 50# cartons are also color-coded. These sturdy boxes have a color-coded stripe across the top of the box directing the consumer to the right fastener category for their project.
Bulk, drywall, deck and specialty screws
X•CELL carries a complete line of screws for any project. Whether you are hanging drywall, fastener decking or fencing or need a fastener for a commercial project, X•CELL has the right fastener for the job. Our screw cartons are color-coded as well directing the consumer to the right fastener. Included inside each carton are screw bits that are made to fit those screws. No more searching for the right bit to use for the screw... we have it inside the box!
Color-code
The entire X•CELL fastener family is color-coded using the same color-code through-out. We've color-coded packaged nails and screws, bulk nails and screws plus our collated fastener program using the same method throughout to direct the professional as well as the DIY consumer to the correct fastener family.
General construction - YELLOW
Most commonly used product for residential and commercial construction projects, these fasteners are generally used for indoor projects where corrosion is not a concern.
Outdoor Construction - GREEN
These fasteners are used in outdoor projects where the fasteners are exposed to the elements. These fasteners are galvanized coated to resist corrosion.
Roofing and Siding - BLUE
Designed for roofing and siding applications, these galvanized fasteners help resist corrosion.
Drywall Nails and Fine Thread Drywall Screws - RED
These fasteners are designed for attaching gypsum board to wood or metal studs.
Coarse Thread Drywall Screw - ORANGE
Bugle head coarse thread screws are used to attach gypsum board to wood studs. These fasteners are also multi-use for other indoor wood to wood projects.
Deck Screws - SILVER
This category includes screws used for decks and other outdoor wood projects. Protective corrosion resistant coating protects the fastener from the outdoor elements. We recommend stainless steel fasteners whenever streaking and staining are a concern. |
